Staffing

The SSSA Board and committees provide a wealth and diversity of knowledge through our sector communities. The Board has adopted an operational staffing strategy of mixing a fresh perspective with experience to create a varied and forward-looking business. A flexible use of sector and project consultants and an office shared with other ISBs allows SSSA to change to meet specific industry needs.

Executive Officer Graham Oades has an architectural degree with national and international manufacturing project and general management experience. With no sector or government preconceptions and an understanding of business reality, he is determined to be direct and deal with the critical issues.
