Employability Skills

Employability Skills describe generic non-technical skills and competencies that form an important part of effective and successful participation in the workplace. They are not a new concept but are given greater emphasis in current Training Packages.

Enterprises are increasingly asking for employability skills, and as a result trainers and assessors need to know what these skills are and how to embed them in thier educational practices.
