Understanding AQTF 2010 The Australian Quality Training Framework (AQFT) is the national set of standards which assures nationally consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for the clients of Australia's vocational education and training system. Changes to the system to strengthen the framework were endorsed in 2009 and a revised version of the AQTF is effective from July 1, 2010.
